Current students: Princeton University

Dear students,

The Ethics of Eating is a thought-provoking and fascinating course and I am excited to meet you and explore the important questions it raises about our values, beliefs, and the way our society functions with you. Professor Chignell has prepared a range of stimulating online resources to complement our class learning, and these are available through Canvas. We are all looking forward to getting to know you, learning with you, and having a great semster. I hope our discussions will be as engaging and interesting as they are in person, in Princeton! Please email me at any time to set up a meeting or for information about or assistance with the course. Kim
